This data is handled by Cal.com, our scheduling partner. We also collect anonymised usage data through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region. GA4 does not collect personally identifiable information in our configuration.
2. How We Use Your Information
Contact information collected through the booking form is used solely to schedule and conduct your discovery call, follow up on your enquiry, and communicate relevant updates about SetupNemoClaw services. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand how visitors interact with our site so we can improve content and user experience. We do not use your information for advertising or third-party marketing purposes.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties. Your booking data is shared with Cal.com solely for the purpose of scheduling calls — you can review Cal.com's privacy policy at cal.com/privacy. Anonymised analytics data is processed by Google Analytics 4 under Google's standard terms. No other third-party services receive your personal information.
4. Data Security
We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information. All data transmitted between your browser and our site is encrypted via TLS (HTTPS). Booking data stored by Cal.com is subject to their security controls. We retain contact information only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss of your data.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or request deletion of your data at any time.
